Anhui Solar Planet was found in 2018.

Anhui Solar Planet Co., Ltd. is a Chinese manufacturer and international dealership of solar panels, and a provider ofutility-scale PV power plants and supporting services that include construction, maintenance and end-of-life panel recycling.

Historically, Anhui Solar Planet sold its products to solar project developers, system integrators, and independent power producers. Early sales were primarily in Germany and Europe because of strong incentives for solar enacted in the German Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) of 2000 (cp. Solar power in Germany).
